This splendid residence was built in 1940 by the architect Jacques Vidal.
Built on 90m² on a plot of 680m², this beautiful neo-Moorish house is in inseparable connection with its garden. The program is simple, it consists of a living room; a dining room; a kitchen; a master suite and two bedrooms with shared bathroom.
In 2013, it was nicely restored by the architect Nabil Almi, who was able to strengthen its charm while adding new amenities and landscaping the garden, all with locally pro-duced materials and Algerian techniques and labor.

بني هذا المنزل الرائع عام 1940 من قبل المهندس المعماري جاك فيدال.
مبني على مساحة 90 متر مربع داخل حديقة كبيرة ، يتكون من غرفة معيشة,غرفة طعام؛ مطبخ؛ جناح رئيسي وغرفتي نوم مع حمام مشترك.
في عام 2013، تم ترميمه بشكل متقن من قبل المهندس المعماري نبيل علمي، الذي تمكن من تعزيز من جماله مع إضافة وسائل راحة جديدة وتهيئة الحديقة، كل ذلك بمواد منتجة محليا وتقنيات ويد عاملة جزائرية.
