(en) The “El-Atik” Tiaret mosque
The “El-Atik” mosque is an old mosque in the town of Tiaret, built around 1870 by an Italian architect. It covers an area of 225 sq.m, able to accommodate up to 300 worshipers. In a simple and unique style, the mosque is entirely built from stones, which gives it its specificity and splendor.
The plan is square, the prayer hall has three naves parallel to the Qibla wall. A central dome rests on pendants, its volume is elliptical, it is surrounded by eight polygonal couplets.
The minaret is located at the southwest corner of the mosque, it has a square base of 3.5x3.5m, its body is made up of four distinct parts, the first square, then two octagons and a cylinder. The total height of the minaret from the base to the jug is 27 m, it is accessible from inside the mosque and has a spiral staircase with some 123 steps.
المسجد "العتيق" تيارت(ع)
المسجد العتيق هو مسجد قديم في مدينة تيارت، بني حوالي عام 1870 على يد مهندس معماري إيطالي. تبلغ مساحتها 225 مترًا مربعًا، تتسع لـ 300 مصلٍ. بأسلوب بسيط وفريد من نوعه، تم بناء المسجد بالكامل من الحجارة ، مما يضفي عليه خصوصيته وروعته.
قاعة الصلاة مربعة الشكل، تتكون من ثلاث بلاطات موازية لجدار القبلة. ترتكز القبة المركزية على معلقات، حجمها بيضاوي الشكل محاطة بثمانية قباب صغيرة متعددة الأضلاع.
تقع المئذنة في الزاوية الجنوبية الغربية للمسجد، ولها قاعدة مربعة أبعادها 3.5 في 3.5م، يتكون جسمها من أربعة أجزاء متميزة، المربع الأول، ثم مثمنان وأسطوانة. يبلغ الارتفاع الإجمالي للمئذنة من القاعدة إلى الإبريق 27 مترًا، يمكن الوصول إليها من داخل المسجد بدرج حلزوني يبلغ حوالي 123 درجة.
