Designed by the architect Fernand Pouillon around 1974. The Hotel is located in the palm grove of El Menia some eight hundred kilometres south of Algiers.
Composed of pavilions of very simple geometric volume on one floor and on a raised ground floor. Covered galleries connect them by protecting the path from too intense heat or from rare but violent rains. Under the appearance of a decorative function, large panels decorated with ceramics, sometimes in advance of the facades, sometimes in recess, actually organize a system of continuous circulation of air very useful in such latitudes. The charm of this maze invites to have a variety of views of the different gardens. The architecture is sober with little moderation, ornamentation by arabesques in colorful ceramic tiles, Persian arch that rhythms the regular ordinance of thick facades, Saharan architecture is present by the amazing dome located by the pool. Recently renovated, this hotel is a true architectural masterpiece and a well-deserved stop for desert adventurers.

من تصميم المهندس المعماري" فرناند بويون" حوالي عام 1974 ، يقع الفندق في بستان النخيل في مدينة المنيعة على بعد حوالي ثمانمائة كيلومتر جنوب الجزائر العاصمة.
يتكون الفندق من أجنحة ذات حجم هندسي بسيط للغاية في طابق واحد مع طابق أرضي مرتفع تربطها فضاءات مغطاة لحماية المسار من الحرارة الشديدة أو الأمطار النادرة ولكن العنيفة في هذه المنطقة.
الألواح الكبيرة المزينة بالسيراميك التي تظهر أحيانًا في الواجهات وأحيانًا تتراجع ، تنظم في الواقع نظامًا مستمرًا لتدوير الهواء البارد و الدعوة الدائمة للمناظر المتنوعة على حدائق الفندق.
العمارة رصينة مع القليل من الديكور, الا بعض البلاط الملون ، القوس الفارسي الذي يتخلل الترتيب المعتاد للواجهات السميكة. الهندسة المعمارية الصحراوية موجودة من خلال القبة المذهلة الواقعة بجانب المسبح
تم تجديد هذا الفندق مؤخرًا, تابع لسلسلة "الأوراسي" ، تحفة معمارية حقيقية وتوقف مريح لزوار الصحراء
