Delivered in 2008, this building is the work of the Architect Tarik Bey Ramdane. It is the headquarters of a brick factory in Sidi Rached, there are offices on the ground floor and the company restaurant on the lower level.
The site presents no particular constraints, it offers an extraordinary landscape over 360°, at the North the Royal Mausoleum of Mauretania, at the South a wide panorama on the plain of Mitidja and the Tell Atlas.
The building is a square plan of 20x20m which revolves around a patio bathed in light by large bay windows, it is made up of plant and mineral elements including brick and terracotta tiles.
The Architect has several achievements to his credit, including the Garden City shopping center, national architecture prize in 2021.

لا يوجد في الموقع قيودًا معينة ، فهو يوفر منظرًا مفتوح على مدى 360 درجة ، في الشمال ضريح موريتانيا الملكي ، في الجنوب بانوراما واسعة على سهل متيجة وجبال الاطلس.
المبنى عبارة عن مخطط مربع 20 × 20 م يدور حول فناء يغمره الضوء من خلال نوافذ كبيرة ، يتكون من عناصر نباتية ومعدنية بما في ذلك القرميد وبلاط التيراكوتا.
للمهندس المعماري العديد من الإنجازات ، بما في ذلك مركز التسوق جاردن سيتي في شراقة ، الذي نال جائزة العمارة الوطنية في عام 2021.
